Originally manufacturing parts for the Railway Model industry and small specialist screw fastenings for the white goods industry, KM has grown over the years to embrace a diverse range of industries.

Using the latest Star CNC sliding head lathes, we have experience in machining a variety of materials, to include Stainless, Monel Inconel and Titanium as well as ferrous and nonferrous materials and engineering plastics.

Our latest machines are non- guide-bush type offering optimum versatility.

This is particularly relevant when manufacturing from plastics and PTFE, often coming in to a plus tolerance. Previously needing to be precision ground, today KM can offer cost effective, fast time turnarounds using virgin material, keeping manufacturing costs to minimum, securing a competitive edge for our Clients in a global market place.

• Doosan Lynx 220B – 50.80mm bar capacity, 320mm max workpiece, 510mm travel
